Fabrication is a value added process that involves the construction of machines and structures from various raw materials. A fab shop will bid on a job, usually based on the engineering drawings, and if awarded the contract will build the product.

Machining

Machining is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process. The many processes that have this common theme.

Stress Relieving

Stress relieving are large and complex weldments, castings with a lot of machining, parts with tight dimensional tolerances and machined parts that have had a lot of stock removal performed.

Grit Blasting

Grit blasting is a surface preparation process before painting or coating. Dry abrasive like steel grit is bombarded on the contaminated surface through jet nozzle.

Painting

Our custom developed paint-line is in the same facility as the rest of the fabrication process, the benefits for our customers are:
